Went for gel manicure and removal, not told removal would not cover BIAB gel and was only told after 3 nails already removed. No electric remover and flimsy nail file so gels would not come off. Therapist didn’t try to shape nicely and ended up shaping myself. Terrible selection of colours available, no nudes/pinks. Therapist phone ringing throughout appointment, clearly in a rush to leave. Reported issues to reception when leaving and was told it was my own fault. Terrible service all round.

Great work, the esthetician did a great job. The perfect balance between going for the firmness needed for a lymphatic massage and being gentle on the face. Great full-body massage. Highly recommend.
