I had a couple of treatments here and have awarded the service 4 stars however the treatment room is far too small and cramped

I'm a bit confused. I asked for an aromatherapy full body massage and I ended up having a therapeutic massage. I was waiting for the face and head massage at the end but it didn't happen... I guess that's because she spent some time trying to get rid of my back's knots.
The room is inside the hairdressers area. It's not isolated so I could hear the chat and laughs outside. Also, the hairdryer...
I give 3 stars because after all, I did get out of there very relaxed and the offer was good (I guess you get what you pay for). The masuss was kind and nice...

Had gorgeous treatments! Only slight advice/critism is I thought I was having overlay extensions and it turned out I was having CND shellac gels. My nails still look amazing and I love them but I think it should be made clear the Gel extensions are not actual extensions. Other than that everything was perfect xxx

Unfortunately the appointment started 20 minutes late which was disappointing as I had called earlier in the day to ask if a later appointment was available and was told there wasn't. However the lady you carried out my treatment was unquestionably skilled and over qualified for the job. I was really very happy with the treatment. The decor of the room looks like an unfinished renovation which was not great for relaxation. Top marks for the treatment, not so much marks for the business around.

Appointment was 15 mins late and waxing took 30 mins when it was advertised to take 15mins - so was in the salon for over 45 mins which is longer than expected and desired for a half leg wax. Was also charged more than was advertised when booking was made which I didn't realise till later. Waxing experience itself was fine but time and service could've been better.
