The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel valued as a customer. I took in a picture of how I wanted my hair to look and got exactly that. It can be nerve wracking going to a new hairdresser but I was made to feel very welcome.

Staff were friendly, but my hair was cut from a centre part when I have a side part so it has layers which I didn't want, not a big deal but I feel my hair dresser could have listened more.

Massage was good but the room was slightly too small for the therapist to get round the bed etc which took aware from the overall experience - it wasn't the most relaxing massage I've had.
