Unfortunately the appointment started 20 minutes late which was disappointing as I had called earlier in the day to ask if a later appointment was available and was told there wasn't. However the lady you carried out my treatment was unquestionably skilled and over qualified for the job. I was really very happy with the treatment. The decor of the room looks like an unfinished renovation which was not great for relaxation. Top marks for the treatment, not so much marks for the business around.

Appointment was 15 mins late and waxing took 30 mins when it was advertised to take 15mins - so was in the salon for over 45 mins which is longer than expected and desired for a half leg wax. Was also charged more than was advertised when booking was made which I didn't realise till later. Waxing experience itself was fine but time and service could've been better.
