The wax used on my face was too hot and left me with a burn which was both sore and unsightly. I have emailed twice to complain and haven't even received any kind of acknowledgement or apology.

First time massage with Madeline and was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! Worked out a lot of aches I didn't even realise I had. Then had my eyebrows waxed and it wasn't as painful as normal, which was great for my first experience here. Will definitely be back.
