I'd never been to Allertons before but the reviews online were excellent so I thought I would try it, and I was not disappointed. The staff were all extremely friendly, and I really enjoyed both treatments, but particularly the gel nails because they were so shiny and perfect for my holiday. I would definitely go back again, I feel like the range of treatments offered makes it really hard to pick in the first place and Madeleine was really helpful when I asked her further questions about treatments. I would definitely recommend, the location might seem a bit strange but it's really nicely done! (Have actually already recommended to 3 friends, 2 of which have already made appointments!)

I had a massage with Missy who was lovely, friendly, polite and passed on some good advice for me to keep on top of the treatment at home. I had my treatment in the room that is away from the main shop which provided a truly relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Missy was considerate/concerned about my comfort and gave me several opportunities to speak up if the treatment was not to my liking/too hard etc. I didn't walk out of the treatment, I floated. Would definitely recommend. Treat yourself.
