Unfortunately I didn't get a treatment because my appointment was cancelled at the very last minute. I booked online and received a call saying my time slot was not available but was offered three or four alternatives. Booked in for another time slot over the phone and received a call an hour before the treatment saying that the slot was not available - not an acceptable way to treat your customers and definitely has put me off booking with allertons again as I will never know if my appointment is actually going to take place....
It was my first pedicure and my first experience with gel nails and I was really happy with the results. 3 weeks later my nails still look great and I have had many compliments. The treatment was really pleasant and my therapist was lovely.
I have been to Allergens before for massages and they never disappoint, I'll be back!
