The one point that affected my opinion of this visit was that my appointment was rearranged. I received a call two days before my appointment from the nail technician to say that she had her flight home rescheduled and could I move my nails to the day before at the same time. As this was just before Christmas, I didn't have all that much choice but it was frustrating as I'd booked that day and time specifically to suit my busy timetable.
The appointment itself was lovely. I had a nice chat with her and she knew exactly what best to do for my nails, as well as offering advice about how to improve them and maintenance.
The Christmas rush did mean she was under a stricter time constraint than usual but the other staff helped with making payment speedy at the end.
