I am very nervous about having my hair done due to a bad experience previously. It has taken me over 6 months to pluck up the courage to try somewhere new. I was met with very friendly staff who were also very knowledgable. James was my hairdresser for today and he put me at ease immediately. He listened to what I wanted and understood when I said I was nervous. I had a grown out bob and am trying to grow my hair. He offered advice and I left with a cut I am really happy with. I will definitely be going back again.
