The experience was fine, and the manicure good but the salon called at 08:45 saying they couldn't accommodate me at the scheduled time of 10:00. They said I could either go at 9:15 or 3:45. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, as if she were doing a favour rather than asking if it were possible to rearrange or cancel. I selected the first and when I arrived no more than 5 minutes late, two staff members commented on how because I was late they would have to use a different room. Then the manicurist commented on my being 5 minutes late three further times through the appointment. While everything else was fine, this made me feel very uncomfortable.

Staff were friendly and polite. The treatment was lovely with the therapist asking relevant questions. The massage was great - very relaxing and good pressure. Great value for money.
The information received about the appointment were timely and useful (text updates/reminders etc)
