Disappointing - firstly felt like i was in a Spanish tapas bar the music was so loud and not at all relaxing. Not appropriate at all. Might aswell be called a shoulder blade massage instead of back neck & shoulder as i never had the rest of my back massaged. Her customer service skills were poor all round & The whole thing just had the "can't be bothered" feel to it. Couldn't wait for it to be over & will not be back.

This was my first time at Allertons. After a bad experience at a different salon previously I was a bit skeptical to say the least, but was pleasantly surprised. I had Veronica who was really lovely. Clearly a creative flare and eye for detail. Not only did she have a unique approach in terms of cutting then washing but also using a eclectic razor! I asked for a long bob finished with subtle waves and got just that! Super happy and would totally recommend Veronica! I hope to be back again soon! :)
(P.s. It would have been nice to have been offered a glass of water, but you're still worthy of 5 stars!)
