Allertons was a beautiful spa treatment centre tucked away in Queens Arcade. The staff were really friendly and really accommodating - I hadn't had a massage before but they were really great at talking me through what was going to happen. The massage itself was firm but relaxing, and afterwards I felt fantastic. My only criticism was that you could hear the murmur of Leeds city centre and the rest of the salon from the massage room, which took away from the ambience a little.

This is my third visit to Allertons for massages and Justyna does it for me, she is very professional and friendly and makes me feel at ease, i dont like to talk much while im having my massages and she understands this.
The only downside i could say is that sometimes you can hear people outside the room talking but its only a small issue.
I would recommend Justyna and Allertons to my friends.
