Today’s visit wasn’t as good as I’ve come to expect. Couldn’t see my usual stylist so was with someone different. He was late so I had to come back an hour later! The other staff were apologetic but he didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience. If I hadn’t need my hair done for an important occasion I wouldn’t have stayed.
