Lovely and modern place but the staff member who did my cut was so cold to begin with to the point when I sat down he asked what I wanted which I was a little taken aback by. I realised why when he mentioned today was his last day. Towards the end he was much better but not what you'd expect when paying the price you pay.
Ladies' Haircuts
James washed and blow dryed my hair. He was very good and great personality. I was new to Leeds and unfamiliar with the area. When I left another member of the team walked me back to where the taxi rank was. So nice

The place and the staff were very nice. Kamila was friendly and efficient. However, a lack of communication between the front of house and the therapists lead to my wait being longer than my treatment. Overall okay experience but could be improved.
