When I sat down in the upstairs area, I wasn't greeted by any staff despite three members of staff being available - in other hairdressers I have had my coat taken and a drink offered to me while I wait. Having said that, my hairdresser was kind and clearly wanted to get the best results. I am happy with the cut she gave me. I thought £35 was quite expensive for a short visit and wet cut.
