I don't like giving bad reviews ,but taking 2 strands of hair out by tweezers isn't my idea of eye brow shape.I could have done it myself.To make it worse,I didn't get them tinted as "the person who does tinting was off".Apparently this was Treatwell issue,I don't know nor care,but I paid for 2 services (tint & tidy) and only got one and even that was poor.
