I had a good experience with the masseur and the location but I made clear when booking that I want to see the public liability insurance for the service. At my appointment nobody knew what this was or where it might be and even two days later despite my clear request I have not been contacted.

I love this salon and wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments in Leeds. This was my first deep tissue massage here - I told the masseuse about my particular concerns and that I wanted to feel relaxed, but she said that what I’d booked wasn’t a ‘relaxing’ treatment unfortunately!! The sports massage she gave me was excellent but not at all what I had expected or asked for - so be careful when booking!
