I got a full face wax at Allertons. The aesthetician was horrible. She waxed layers of skin off all around my face and especially in my chin area. The violent waxing resulted in scabs that lasted a week. In addition, there are still dark marks on my chin 4 weeks later. I was not pleased at all by the waxing and how it damages my face. I went back to Allertons to complain about the waxing and they did refund me and give me a £25 voucher. However, no trained and employed aesthetician should ever be so harsh to someones face so that it leaved permanent marks.
