I had booked on the app, it malfunction and booked me in for a wash and blow dry with grace. I arrived at the salon, realised the mistake grace kindly said she would still cut my hair, and she could do it in the 45 minute appointment. I have thin hair and the appointment was completed in the time, wash cut n blow dry. I had paid £49 already through the Treatwell app, but was then charged an additional £30 for the haircut. The salon should have been clear about the price. I was upset
