The reception service was efficient and welcoming. I was offered a coffee straight away. Leah, my stylist, was extremely warm and friendly and gave me the exact cut I wanted. The premises are quite spartan and cold and lack the luxury feel I would expect from the pricing structure. The chairs were grubby looking with stains from chemical treatments. Huge expanses of empty space could easily be made to look upmarket and aspirational. I would book again but only if my preferred salon and stylist are unavailable.
