The massage itself was very firm, which is good for the purpose of a deep tissue massage but was too painful at times. Although the therapist was obviously very skilled and competent. The venue was pleasant enough, the only downside was that the treatment room was based at the back of the venue which seemed a little more cluttered and less well presented than the front. However, overall a positive experience and the staff were very friendly.
