I came to the salon explaining that I wanted my roots touching up (I have bleached hair) and a rose, blush coloured TONER that would fade pretty quickly, barely noticeable. I had never had my hair done professionally so I trusted the stylist, who ended up using a neon pink DEMI PERMANENT DYE and I ended up with bright bubblegum pink hair. I was mortified. She then ended up putting fairy washing up liquid in my hair to try to get it out, and I ended up paying £74 for the pleasure plus my £20 deposit. Not only that, but I woke up the next day with chemical burns. I have this all documented and am unsure how to go about getting my money back as it happened a month ago.

I was very pleased with my haircut by Katie- who listened to me and cut it exactly like the pictures I had showed her. Salon was fairly quiet- spacious and clean and nice atmosphere. They do health and beauty treatments as well so an extensive menu. However- I was disappointed I’d booked through Treatwell and paid full price as the salon we’re giving 20% off but couldn’t do anything about it as I had already paid through treatwell. Will book through their website next time
