I have curly hair, so I asked Greta to cut my hair so that it touches the shoulders and put some layers into it. She cut it shorter than that and ignored the layers completely. While it looked OK when it was straight, now, when it has return to its natural curly state it looks far from OK. To pay £49 for such an experience it's quite expensive. I hope Greta will learn to listen to what the client wants and maybe how to cut curly hair.
