Had my hair straightened for ease of cutting but I don't like it super straight, so I didn't leave with the style I like nor was I offered any different, with time still remaining in the appointment. A lot of money for just straightening pre-cut.

Worst blow dry of my life. Explained at the beginning that my hair is heavy and thick so you need straighteners to curl my hair. Stylist ignored me. Took double the amount of time, charged me more than I was quoted. Hair fell out immediately after.
