An overall relaxing and restful experience. Location was a brisk walk from the city centre which suited me fine. Venue cosy but acceptable; staff warm and friendly but more importantly knowledgeable in mind and body relaxation techniques. Will consider visiting again when I travel to the city.

The lady was very nice and took extra special care. She's a good talk, smiles and makes you feel comfortable. The place was under restoration so don't have high expectations for the moment. Very good value for money otherwise.

The salon was undergoing work when I went so the space seemed a bit temporary and was a bit a messy. However, once I'd started my treatment that didn't worry me at all. The beautician was really lovely and made me feel very comfortable, and the treatment itself was spot on. Plus since it was great value and in a really handy location, I'd definitely go back. I would like to see the place once the work is finished too!
