Worst wax experience of
My life, unfortunately I actually got up mid wax and left the salon unable to complete the treatment of paid in advance, really rough technique. wish I could be more complimentary, but the salon is quite dirty, was given one square of bed roll to cover myself with pre treatment, . The wax used for a Hollywood is sugar wax and very painful. Not the usual hot wax used for intimate areas. I didn’t see the therapist wear gloves and I wouldn’t recommend or return

Despite being a chatty person, it's hard to believe she has 22 years of experience. The waxing was quick and sloppy. It was careless and didn't prioritize the customer's needs. She didn't even think to apply oil after waxing. When it came to choosing a gel polish, I wanted a dark red, but she couldn't even find that. The polish she chose was almost finished. Even though she said it could be fixed, the gel polish was ruined next day. I definitely won't be going back again.

WORST holiday wax of my life! I don’t normally write bad reviews but I had such a negative experience I have to. The wax was wayyy too fast and poor quality, my skin was left raw and bleeding at the end, and continued to bleed for hours after. The salon was quite dirty and when I mentioned I was in pain the lady didn’t seem to care and suggested I was bleeding because of my sensitive skin and not her rough technique. The lady was quite conversational throughout, however I will not be back!
