Full head highlights&bob cut-arrived for appointment at 11am, finished 6:45pm.5hrs & 45mins!Toner had to be done 2ce.1st time colour was same as I’d asked to get fixed to begin with. After 2nd time is great.Bob cut took over 2hrs.I(repeatedly)asked for it to be longer at front (was told it’s longer at front if I tilt my head fwd!),it’s def not. Asked(repeatedly)to have it couple fingers below ears,it’s on my shoulders.Is totally uneven and also shorter inside than outer layer.Truly unbelievable
