Zara was fantastic and the quality of service was brilliant. I've been to Champneys and I know where I'll be going back to and it isn't Tring... Zara was attentive and had the right level of chatting and silence. Really impressed and will be coming back to get my nails done before my summer break too! 5 *s from me.

The salon is beautiful: professional yet welcoming. The staff are all very friendly and kind, knowing when to chat and when to let you have a moment of comfortable quiet. The manicure was exceptionally well done. It was precise and comfortable and timely.
