This is the best salon in London! Erika is great, she understands the customer needs and recommended only what’s best for him/her without any attempt to upsell. I follow her everywhere! Staff is passionate about what they do here and that shows in the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Cannot recommended Erika more! Super quick and very precise, she understood my needs straight away. The location is also perfect and the salon is simple and minimal but very cosy because of the natural details. I finally found my go-to hairdressers!

Erika has created an amazing space for Alkaline London - the studio space is very clean, calming and comfortable (and I love all the plants!).
As a stylist, Erika is consistently the best I’ve had. She always gives amazing personalised advice on trying new styles that would work for me…and then executes them perfectly! I always leave really happy 😊

The quality of the cut and colour I have is consistently outstanding. That consistency is what drives me to travel over 90 miles for my regular appointments at Alkaline London, because I know I will leave there with exactly what I wanted. Erika is very talented and creative. She really is a master of her craft. The salon is airy, contemporary and spotless; the welcome is always warm and friendly. I can recommend this salon without hesitation.
