The woman doing the waxing did not wear gloves and appeared she didn’t really know what she was doing. Was going to leave the area half untouched as “the hairs were growing in different directions” so couldn’t get to the hairs. She then had a very public chat with who I’m assuming was the manager outside the room in front of other customers advising that as I shaved over a month ago, this would hinder the wax. This lady ended up coming in and finishing the wax to some degree. Would not recommend

Staff were so helpful, love my nails. Didn’t have the colour I was after but staff were helpful in picking out an alternative

My make up was perfect, she really listened to what I wanted and took and took a lot of time and care to get it perfect. I will definitely be back.
