When I entered the shop at correct time and date I was repeatedly told that there was no booking for me …I was then told was for the day before ,even after showing her the proper confirmed date and time she still argued that she hadn’t received the appointment despite it being confirmed …she reluctantly told me to ‘sit down’as if she was doing me a huge favour and processed to do a very rush job ,ten minutes when it should have been 45mins and expected me to be happy with this while still chargi

On arrival I wasn’t asked to wash or sanitise my hands which is unusal compared to other salons I’ve been too. The salon only had 6/7 nail colour options which was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed and the quality of the manicure was the worst I’ve received: smudged nails, bad cuticle and filing work. I had to take it off when I got home and redo it myself before going out to dinner. I wish I could post a picture I took to demonstrate how bad - everyone I’ve shown has be shocked
