Katrina was very professional. I had a consultation with her. She was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. She drew the outline on and showed me and asked if I needed any tweaks which I didn’t. We chose a colour together and she explained the how the undertones of my skin would decide the pigment colour I need. The treatment was painless. Beautiful calming music in the background to make me feel relaxed. I actually fell asleep. 🤣
Stunning results, I couldn’t be happier! My brows look incredible. I’ve had so many people compliment me and ask where I got my brows done.

Katrina is the ultimate professional - it would be so easy to rush clients in and out, but Katrina takes her time to ensure that the final look is perfect, even if it's just for a top up. I really appreciate her checking in throughout the top-up to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the colour and shape of my brows. It's also worth noting that the appointment included pre-care (allergy testing) and post-care advice and healing guidance. I was initially nervous about this entire process, but Katrina is so reassuring and calming, plus her wealth of experience (including teaching in this area), really put my mind to rest and I'm delighted with the results.
