Really enjoyable treatments today. Had my nails done for a birthday treat - Alison talked me through all the options and finishes and I picked a beautiful pink colour with glitter over the top. I’m really pleased with my nails, they look amazing. Alison was friendly and welcoming and I enjoyed my treatments. I also had my eyebrows tinted whilst I was there. Alison very kindly added some extra brow makeup as I was on my way out for the evening. Thank you!

Alison does the most wonderful nail designs. She has every colour of Shellac that you could possibly want, and the largest collection of glitters, Minx designs and nail accessories that I have ever seen. It's heaven for your nails! Alison listens carefully to what you ask for but also has a great eye for suggesting colours that works best together and designs that work best for your holiday, wedding or Xmas party. Whatever event you're going to, Alison will make your nails look amazing for it. Unlike some nail salons, Alison will always spend a good amount of time preparing your nails rather than trying to rush you and this always makes the Shellac last much longer. I've been known to get at least 3 weeks out of mine! As this is a home business, it always feels lovely and cosy and comfortable to visit and not at all clinical and corporate like some places can do. To top it all off, Alison really cares about her customers and finding out about them, so it's always a super friendly experience to have.
I have been going to Alison Walker for a lot of years now and have always had very good friendly and expert service.
Even though I am an older lady it has always been a pleasure to visit. I have also used Alisons facial beauty creams which are very good.
I would recommend Alison to anyone, (and I do).

Alison Walker Health & Beauty is a small salon which is very friendly and very welcoming. It's like being at home to have your treatments done by Alison who puts you at ease whatever treatment you have, hence why I continuously go back for more and more treatments! She often has very good offers on various treatments saving you a lot of money compared to the bigger more well known salons that I have looked at. There are regular event days which are worth going to just for as a pampering day alone but I would also recommend attending one of these events as you get a personal assessment of your skin and get to try products you may never have thought of trying before which actually work! The only problem I ever have when going to Alison's is choosing what colour to do my nails as she has such a vast array of colours, minx, glitters and accessories to choose from to enhance your manicures and pedicures! 😊
