Alisia was very friendly and professional, the massage was nice and relaxing although pressure was not as strong as I was hoping for, I explained I had bad knots in shoulders but the massage didn't help the knots at all. The room was clean, nice dim lighting and peaceful music, but there was no hole in the bed for your face so face got squashed and uncomfortable. The room is very small and at the back of a hair salon so you can hear people talking in the salon, hairdryers, etc.

Wish I could give no stars, absolutely awful paint job and has already chipped on every nail and completely come off one nail. Would not recommend and will be chasing treatwell for a refund, cannot believe I spent £20 on this crap
