The beautician was lovely & kind! However, I wasn’t happy with the process of my treatments from hygiene, cleanliness & results. There was no disposable ppe so I lay on top of the bed with an unclean blanket underneath & I was given a dressing gown to cover my chest. The wax was applied from a hot reusable rod which will be applied directly skin to skin on all clients rather than a wax pot & wooden stick. Lastly, I have been left with lots of hair remaining. The room just felt unclean. Sorry.
