Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived early and THEY agreed to see me earlier, yet later marked me as a NO SHOW despite actually doing my treatment. I repeatedly asked for LIGHT BROWN brows, but she ignored me and dyed them almost BLACK. When I complained, instead of taking responsibility she blamed me for “booking the wrong service”. I also believe hand sanitiser was used on my brows trying to remove the tint. Shocking service, completely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.
