What a truly wonderful overall experience! My technician (Ravina?) was beyond warm, professional, patient, knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all aspects of the treatments I received. She had a wealth of knowledge and I felt so confident I was receiving expert care. She also had such a gentle and intentional touch. I received a massage and a facial. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin was GLOWING. I will definitely return!
