Poor communication when booking a patch test made me almost cancel the whole appointment - I wish I had! She poked her fingers in my eyes multiple times, applied wax to my eyelids then complained when I squirmed as she was trying to wax my eyelids. Had to ask multiple times for dye to be removed from my skin as she claimed it was part of my eyebrow! I was left with eyebrows that were a huge mess, uneven, far too dark and made me want to cry when I looked in the mirror.
