Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. They take their time to get your nails perfect, rather than rushing to fit as many people in as possible like some other nail salons. The salon is clean and bright and they have every magazine subscription available! The only downside was that I was surprised to see they still use standard nail polish on a set on gel nail extensions - everywhere else I’ve been over the past couple of years use UV/LED gel as standard, at not extra cost. The wait time whilst they dry isn’t ideal and they don’t look as shiny as a finished product.
