I’m not one for leaving a bad review but that was not a nice experience. Facial was in the basement of a loud hairdressers blaring music upstairs. Was told on arrival that facial would be less than the 45 minutes I paid for because something on the app wasn’t working - which I’m grateful for now. The room was cold and tiny - found myself feeling freezing half way through. The facial probably lasted for 10 minuets total before the woman plopped a freezing cold face mask on my face - which kept falling into my mouth as it wasn’t placed on properly. The scalp massage was the worst bit - there were bits the lady was pulling my hair and it was rough and painful. Also they drench your hair in oil for this bit - something I wasn’t made aware of - so had to leave the salon with a soaking wet head. It’s winter in scotland right now so was freezing. I thankfully brought a hat but that’s drenched in oil now too. Really not happy :(

I had tried various salons for waxing but I wouldn’t go anywhere else after having had a number of treatments from Alice. She is friendly, chatty, professional and always makes me feel comfortable. Can’t recommend enough!
