positives - the venue and staff are superb. lady that did my waxing had great customer service and the place is clean and tidy!
negatives - the wax used for intimate waxing is not suited if you have thick/curly hairs. When the lady started I told her this type of was is not suited to my skin and hair type as it is very difficult to pull my hairs out,but she insisted it was perfect for such hair. Unfortunately, I was right and on several places in the most sensitive areas it stuck to my hairs with the lady attempting to peel it off instead of removing it fast. It was extremely painful (for someone that only waxes, regularly in the past 10 years I couldn't bear it), so I asked her to stop. Ended up going home and completing the wax myself. So definitely check up whether your skin type/ hair type are suited for the type of wax used.
