I can only attribute one word to Alessandra in the reviews but the truth is that she was beyond amazing! This was my first time waxing legs and especially bikini area and I can’t even explain how comfortable she made the process for me. I was expecting awful excruciating pain, but she is so knowledgeable and careful that I actually didn’t feel that much pain but a few stings (because of the wax). Also she was very lovely and understanding of my situation. I’m definitely coming back to AlexB
