I had an amazing experience with Alexandra. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. She has a wonderfully reassuring manner and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. Super professional and pays great attention to detail — you can tell she really cares about her work. I left feeling really well looked after and couldn’t recommend her enough!
