Alexandra is fantastic. Very warm and welcoming and instantly makes you feel calm. She's very good at understanding issues and helping you explore how to manage them. She's always positive and very relatable. Highly recommend her for the coaching and reiki that I've experienced.

I would highly recommend Alexandra. I only discovered her one week ago and have been three times for pregnancy reflexology since - game changer. She has made my final week of pregnancy feel so positive and has really helped me, both physically and mentally prepare. She is so warm and generous and has the most wonderful energy to her. She is fantastic at what she does and I’ll certainly be back post-pregnancy.
