I really felt great entering the space. I was treated with respect. I felt safe. I really like Alexandra. She has pure energy about her. This was my first ever reiki session and I can honestly say I felt really good affects of the first session straight away. I couldn’t believe the feelings of tranquility. It’s been a few hours and I have this zest for life. I’m feeling a lot more energy and I’m someone who suffers with depression and anxiety and complex trauma. I feel really positive.
