The mood is chill, with friends episodes of repeat, and she is happy for you to talk... Or not, it's up to you!
It is not obvious from the exterior that you are on the right place, as it looks just like a nail bar. There was a small wait, but I was 10 minutes early.
She is detailed, plucking a few rogue hairs as she finds them. There is also plenty of aftercare advice offered.
