Alex was friendly, reassuring, and very experienced. She explained each wax treatment, especially the bikini wax (Hollywood) as I was very nervous and have a low pain threshold. However I had nothing to be nervous about, it wasn’t painful (I have a low pain threshold!) you can feel the hot wax being removed but it’s for a second. No lasting pain or discomfort. My underarms , legs and arms are extremely smooth and I’m very happy with the results and will be returning!
