I Went for an Olaplex treatment.
I felt like I was being rushed the whole time. The salon was busy as can be expected at this time of year, however I feel like I was kind of neglected because of it. The treatment was suppose to last 20 minutes but after 7 I was told she was going to rinse it off. I was also quoted £40 for the visit but charged £56. I'm guessing the extra charge was for the cut, but to say she only snipped the ends off my hair and didn't actually restyled it I think that is very pricey. I don't think I would visit again. Not value for money and don't feel like I got the best out the treatment.

It was a busy salon which must mean good things! Alex cut my hair exactly as discussed. Was a great cut and I’m really happy. Will be booking a return soon.

Alex was very friendly and explained everything she was doing, I did feel the price was a little on the steep side for what I got and that was with discount for first time visiting ao I'm not sure I liked it enough to go again.
