The eyelashes are really bad quality (thick and plasticky) and they started falling out in less than 24 hours. Within 48 hours many had fallen out and they all looked very patchy. Really disappointed and trying to get a refund

The service I booked was not possible to make I choose a cheaper service but they didn’t offer me a refund or compensation at all. The color I choose wasn’t the same so they have to change it. The lady said was an old sample color. Anyways not nice the nails are ok but not happy with the service
