Appointment was 30 minutes late and they never apologised for the delay.
The staff are very confrontational and rude, they were trying to charge each customer extra & they had issues with every person that they were treating.
The lady really rushed my nails, the infils are lumpy, the tips are uneven and inconsistent, and the pink colour she used as the bottom coat is really unnatural. I won't be going back.

Very disappointed with the service. I do not normally get my nails done but thought I would treat myself for my first holiday post covid. The nails were not prepped so no cuticle trimming or pushing back and the manicure is messy with nail polish all on my nails and acrylic build up behind the nail. Another customer even left mid treatment because she couldn’t take the rude staff anymore. I wished I joined her. Do not recommend.
