Paid for individual lashes, got cluster lashes! The experience was horrible,not set up to do individual.Painful, chaotic, unhygienic process;the lashes anything but natural. Finished treatment in 30mins-unheard of for a full set of individual lashes. As soon as treatment was complete it was obvious they were flicks, so asked again if they had given me individual lashes-they said they most def. had. Got home & tried to take them off THEY WERE ALL CLUSTER LASHES & have pulled out my natural
