The salon cancelled my treatments just after I booked them (for a whole body wax) and took my money for this (£50). The salon refuses to refund although they cancelled as they “could not accommodate booking”. I would not book this place, will cancel after booking and not refund. Have been told to email, but they give me a fake email, have been into the salon, and they refuse to talk.

Pedicure was amazing, highly recommend going in for your feet. Manicure was okay and they shaped my nails crooked so even when requested to fix they still weren’t perfect/ as expected.

Sadly my nail treatment was very disappointing. I got a shellac manicure (£27) and my cuticles were barely pushed, the gel was then applied over the skin which will cause it to peel very quickly and all my nails started chipping the next day so it looks like I’ve done it a long time ago (I haven’t done any washing up or anything). I’m quite disappointed because I go there regularly and I mostly get good results (I’ve had other sessions that weren’t good enough though).
Not sure I’ll go again :(
